Developer must visit the project site firsthand for site seeing to approve and confirm Interest on the location after which copy of the project site survey should be requested formally

We need to know the engineering construction proficiency of the developer through the company management and business profile before being recommended for the job. This company management and business profile will be forwarded along with development construction proposal of intent letter

Facilitators including the mandate needs to come up with None Disclosure and None Circumvention Memorandum of Understanding Agreement to reassure stakeholders of the business integrity and needs to uphold ethics

Upon invitation of developer by landowner for open physical meeting, developer will do on their company letterhead paper - letter accepting to pay agreed agency fee to facilitators through the project principal's agent

Developer will be responsible for logistics cost on all physical meeting demanded.
